The percentage of time per month that the service is guaranteed to be available: 99.90%, excluding (a) Force Majeure conditions and (b) planned maintenance that, as far as possible, is done during off peak hours.
Proportionate credit is given if the server downtime exceeds 0.10% (45 minutes approx) in a month. Our current up time record exceeds the guaranteed 99.90%.
Software updates are pushed on the live server several times a month that doesn’t results in server downtime but may require you to refresh or reload a page if you happened to be there at that moment.
Coop Manager responds to support requests in a matter of hours, usually in less than an hour. Support times are from 8.00AM to 8.00PM IST on all days except Sundays and national holidays.
Real and constant effort is made to improve up time and response time, targeting to guarantee 100% up time in the near future.
